Collaborate & share expertise of technical skills & business frameworks or solutions to other sites, such as Singapore, Wuxi, Batam, Regensburg, Cheonan, Tijuana, Cypress & OSAT. Focus areas include equipment technologies, performance indexes & competency programs
Lead a sizeable management team & technical experts. Develop the team\'s competence towards the targeted demography of competent workforce. Ensure staff are empowered with the mindset of ownership & accountability. Develop succession planning & TL target-tree.
Your profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
More than 10 years of experience in assembly and test engineering
Broad knowledge of R&D, manufacturing costing methods, industrial engineering, operation control and planning
