Job description
In your new role you will:

• Stabilize & improve machine performance to enable higher productivity& quality levels.
• Responsible for performance management by setting effective indicators, monitoring, & driving improvement in the areas of quality, productivity, and speed (new technologies).
• To deliver products to customers at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume and cost
• Ensure compliance of control plan deployment and quality controls are met; understanding of key parameter definition and controls

• Collaborate & share expertise of technical skills & business frameworks or solutions to other sites, such as Singapore, Wuxi, Batam, Regensburg, Cheonan, Tijuana, Cypress & OSAT. Focus areas include equipment technologies, performance indexes & competency programs
• Lead a sizeable management team & technical experts. Develop the team\'s competence towards the targeted demography of competent workforce. Ensure staff are empowered with the mindset of ownership & accountability. Develop succession planning & TL target-tree.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• More than 10 years of experience in assembly and test engineering
• Broad knowledge of R&D, manufacturing costing methods, industrial engineering, operation control and planning
• Technical / Functional Competencies in:

• Back End Assembly & Test Engineering
• Equipment Engineering
• R&D processes
• Process Technologies
• Quality Management Systems
• Project Management
