In your new role you will: Stabilize & improve machine performance to enable higher productivity& quality levels. Responsible for performance management by setting effective indicators, monitoring, & driving improvement in the areas of quality, productivity, and speed (new technologies). Focus areas include equipment technologies, performance indexes & competency programs Lead a sizeable management team & technical experts. Develop the team\'s competence towards the targeted demography of competent workforce. Ensure staff are empowered with the mindset of ownership & accountability. Develop succession planning & TL target-tree.
