2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably within the property or real estate industry.
Strong familiarity with property-related documents, contracts, and legal terminology.
Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of documents.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards related to property documents.

Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for property-related records, including leases, contracts, permits, titles, surveys, and other pertinent documents.
Organize and categorize property documents according to established protocols, ensuring easy retrieval and access for authorized personnel.
Review incoming property documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and property management teams, to gather, update, and disseminate property-related information.
Implement version control procedures to ensure that the latest revisions of documents are readily available and outdated versions are appropriately archived.
Collaborate with third-party partners, such as legal counsel and external consultants, to collect, exchange, and validate property documents.
Assist in the preparation and submission of property-related reports and documentation to regulatory agencies and governing bodies.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive property information while providing authorized access to relevant parties.
Regularly audit the document control system to identify and rectify discrepancies, inaccuracies, or inefficiencies.
Participate in the development and improvement of document control processes and workflows.
