A global publishing company is seeking a Senior e-Commerce Executive to join their marketing team and be responsible to drive the sales of the e-commerce platform. In this job, you will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. About the Senior e-Commerce Executive Role:
Reporting to the Regional Director SEA, you will be responsible for the brand\'s short-term and long-term e-commerce strategies that is aligned with the brand\'s objectives. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop growth strategy, executive and optimisation of all marketing initiatives through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximising speed and effectiveness of customer acquisition
• Manage SEO/SEM-related matters
• Ensure among others an appropriate design, programming, debugging and testing of the organisation\'s online-based activities
• Develop, implement and analyse e-commerce strategy in order to improve website performance
• Participate in the development of online marketing campaigns
• Design, develop customer activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer and ambassador)
• Review and analyse campaign creatives and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimisation
• Monitor and evaluate user behaviour to derive suggestions for improvements
• Develop e-commerce platform, architecture and strategy to drive revenue, and maximise reach and impact through this new business channel
• Manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels and platforms, continuously working on enhancing the ROI

To succeed in the Senior e-Commerce Executive job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix. Key Requirements:

• Four to six years of experience in e-commerce sales/platform management
• Experience in handling brand account in online platforms
• Exposure to digital marketing
• Strong analytical skills
