Job Summary:

We are looking for a senior electrical engineer to advance our electrical products, systems, and applications as well as projects' execution.

On a daily basis, you will carry out various engineering tasks, such as ensuring our systems meet the global safety standards and collaborating with technicians and engineers to solve emerging issues. You will also research and analyze data and trends to introduce new products.

What You Will Do

-To involve in the planning and design of electrical engineering works for building and equipment automation.
-To prepare electrical design and technical specifications for tenders, as well as supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical works.
-Design control panel systems, including cable routing, cable sizing and BOM creation.
-Manage and perform system studies such as load flow, short circuit, power factor correction, power system protection coordination studies, etc.
-Work on New Product Development, generate innovative ideas, and design.
-Coordinate/schedule of works within structural, drafting & design team, ensuring delivery deadline is meet.
-Perform system studies and technical buyoff on electrical installation and controller configuration setup.
-Perform ONLINE analysis and troubleshooting on automation control systems.
-Perform maintenance and repair work on electrical and electronic system.
-Participation in client meetings and site visits to on design and engineering inspection.
-Integrate and interface of third party equipment into electrical design.
-Work closely with mechanical design team to ensure the electrical design and installation are completed on time for optimum performance.
-Provide thorough testing and machine functionality to verify electrical wiring and safety compliance to electrical standards.
-Maintain proper project documentation of the electrical work performed.

What You Will Bring

-Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
-At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Electrical or equivalent.
-Candidate with knowledge in low voltage electrical design & instrumentation and electrical measurements is an added advantage.
-Preferable candidate that good in English & Mandarin, both speaking & writing.
