Job Description
Our prestigious client, supporting their Hong Kong headquarters, is currently looking for a dedicated professional to join their dynamic team in Bandar Bukit Puchong, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing contract documents and designs.
- Proposing and developing cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing solutions.
- Developing innovative MiMEP solutions and suggesting alternative procurement options when appropriate.
- Holds a Bachelor\'s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- MHKIE membership is preferred.
- At least 6 years of experience in MEP services design.
- Prior involvement in the construction of buildings and/or industrial plants.
- Some knowledge of planning procurement would be advantageous.
- Ability to coordinate, supervise, and work independently.
- Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) application is a plus.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Competency in MS Office, MS Project applications, and AutoCAD.
