Job description
In your new role you will:

• Ensure continuous smooth Operation of Plant Facilities infra services. Ensuring Zero ITP and Zero Incident and meeting Key Department result.
• Attend and manage any complaint related to PF infra services and report to PF OM Manager on any excursion.
• Monitor and follow up status complaints for ADeM in SAP PM. Analysis complaints data in monthly basis for departmental performance review.
• Update, track, monitor Facility Assets list and Assets maintenance inSAP-PM.
• Monitor and update Facility operation stability through SPC and reacting any case of un-stability which need attention.
• Working together with other Facility Operation, Engineering and Project team in meeting departmental objectives.
• Manage teams of contractors on the operation of the Land and building maintenance, pest control, landscaping, fire protection, lift system and others related services. Monitor and track contractor\'s KPI fulfillment.
• Ensure work place is maintained and performs in accordance to 5Spractice, ESH requirements and statutory compliance.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor Of Civil & Structural / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4 years\' experience in Facility Operation & Maintenance or Building Management services. Preferably in Land & Building, Fire protection and Lift systems in Cleanroom environment.
• Good communicator with strong teamwork attitude
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize task.
