• Qualifications:
• Degree in Computer Science, or Computer Software Engineering.
• 3 - 5 years of experience developing and implementing software applications.
• Experience developing software utilising various coding languages including:
• Java
• JavaScript
• C/C++
• HTML/XHTML/CSS
• Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
• Analyse code for weakness and errors, and present detailed plans to improve the software/system.
• Experience developing customised code for multiple project simultaneously.
• Experience with database systems such as MS SQL and Oracle.
• Experience and knowledge in cloud-based applications/systems.
• Experience on integrate with enterprise applications, such as ERP, CRM, and account systems.
• Responsibilities and duties:

• Researching, development, design, and implementation of new, modified, and integration of enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with Project Implementation Team, Technical Pre-Sales, and Specialists to determine best practices and client requirements in proposing, designing, and implementing a total solution.
• Professionally maintain the solutions and create updates regularly to address customer and company concerns.
• Troubleshoot coding problems promptly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
• To ensure solutions' security when developing programs and actively monitor the sharing of private information.
• Actively seek ways to improve solutions' processes and interactions.
• Ability to communicate complex procedures to other colleagues.
• Good communication skills in English - both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask with strict time constraints, budgets, and business goals.
• To carry out solutions maintenance and testing.
• To test and evaluate new systems/solutions.
• React promptly and effectively in changing customers and projects needs.
• Anticipate any potential project risks, identifying, and establishing corrective actions.
• Produce deliverables on-time to customer requirements, clarifying these requirements where necessary.
• Accurately cost any changes in specifications.
• Effectively analyze customers and changes - including feasibility study.
• Produce clear, focused and understandable explanations for change requests.
• Track customer changes.
• Track tasks against project timeline.
• Apply specific technical skills as required to support the customers and/or colleagues.
• Develop and maintain expertise.
• Keep up with current and developing trends/tools/methodologies.
• Support and lead process improvement activities.
• Estimate budgets and effort required for projects.
• Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends.
• Manage the KPIs.
• Undertake continuous training and development.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems in a project or raised by customers.
• Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.
• Attend and participate in customer/project meetings when required.
• Be an effective team member - working with reporting manager/superior and team members to ensure smooth and maximum output.
• Be willing and available to work at company and customer premises as required.
• Manage and work with vendors.
