Job description
In your new role you will:
- Ensure basic for TCR targets & segment operation KPI are available.
- Analyze gaps for various manufacturing standards and KPI. Work with Operation to archive TCR targets.
- Improve & Upkeep Basic IE database - Standards for Labor, Review & update Material Usage Factor, Operation Cycle Time, UPH OEE and IEE by perform data collection and IE studies.
- Analyze manufacturing performance KPI such as OEE, FF, UPH, PE, CE, ME, MMO etc.
- Analyze equipment speed loss, identify area of focus / root cause of speed loss.
- Track and analyze actual Flow Factor against planned, apply WIP Flow Management to close gap with OCM tools.
- Improve Personnel Capital Material Overhead (PCMO) cost.
- Lead Productivity, Capital avoidance and Quality improvement projects.
- Initiate and drive Lean 6-sigma projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A bachelor in Industrial engineering, Manufacturing engineering, Mechanical engineering and related field.
- A minimum 5 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Knowledge in industrial engineering preferable in semiconductor industry.
- Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
