Job description
In your new role you will:

• Lead and coordinate design standardization for works-place, jig & fixtures to maximize productivity, reduce wastefulness and production issues, be cost-efficient, and ensure high product quality
• Work cross-functionally with FM, ESH, IT to continuously improve good 5S and safe workplace, execution of all projects, and meeting required clean room protocol
• Maintain track of layout information database and ensure high integrity, being able to develop coherent concepts, methodologies, and documents for standard and guideline
• Perform area requirement simulation based on LTCR and MinMax business volumes, providing an overview of the area scenario in the coming 5 years and triggering needful action in time to avoid business impact.
• Strong analytical and debug skills for understanding and resolving of layout topics; excellent communicator, both verbal and written, and ability to build consensus between key stakeholders

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
• More than 4 years of related semiconductor assembly experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering
• Experience in work study, plant layout, material standards, and headcount modeling
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
• Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in PC applications and AutoCAD (3D)
