Job description
In your new role you will:

• Coordinate process kit precision cleaning development activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders to improve process kits lifespan and improve cleaning quality.
• Study and execute plans for failure analysis related to wafer box & cassette particle contamination and material issues.
• Develop and execute Next Level of Profitable Growth (NLoPG) projects for maintenance and material cost saving.
• Conduct effective supplier visits in evaluating and managing new and existing suppliers.
• Drive on new tools qualification and work with internal team on parts cleaning requirement and execute the plan for mass production.
• Lead parts cleaning related knowledge exchange and technology transfer from other IFX sites.
• Train parts cleaning technician and operators
• Responsible for documentation of work procedures.
• Responsible for the optimization of the process, including improve and maintain the consistency of the cleaning process.

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field listedin the following: Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Material Science,Mechanical Engineering or related discipline with min 5 years workingexperience in semiconductor.
• Applicable experience specific to surface treatments such as coating,sandblasting, furnace heat treatment, contamination control, precisioncleaning, material science, and manufacturing processes and design,preferably in the wafer fabrication semiconductor.
• In-dept understanding and working knowledge of Statistical ProcessControl (SPC) , Design of Experiments (DOE) and Failure Mode EffectAnalysis (FMEA).
• Interest in advanced precision cleaning technology and an on-goingdesire to learn.
• Strong analytical ability and be a fast learner who is able to work independently
