Job description
In your new role you will:
- Independent delivery of a defined set of tasks / areas that increases with the mastery of the following responsibilities:
- Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions regarding non-conforming product or equipment outputs using state-of-the-art semiconductor process equipment in one selected assigned area.
- Priorities multiple activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving, advanced process control & statistical process control methods. Interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, equipment suppliers, and process engineering in a support role
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree/Master in Engineering.
- Approximately 1,5-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry
- Ability to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed.
- Ability to identify and resolves problems
- Interpersonal skills to communicate and translate knowledge with high technical and complex information locally & globally
