n your new role you will: D

evelop and sustain measurement film recipes & job files for Metrology tool. H
andle tool installation and acceptance within timeline, continuously improve tool and measurement stability. A
nalyze tool application software, recommend solutions and system configurations for optimum performance. P
erform Gage R&R, Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and calibration method. D
rive cross functional team to improve cost, quality and operation of Metrology tool. I
nvolve in new technologies/products transfer from/to EU reference sites.

Y

ou are best equipped for this task if you have: A

t least 3-5 years of experience in wafer fab S
trong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel K
nowledge of SPC, FMEA, DOE and 8D problem solving B
achelor/Master/PhD Degree in Materials sciences, Physics, Process engineering or equivalent I
t is an advantage if you possess experience/ knowledge in metrology, DD or FA equipment
