In your new role you will:
- Responsible for process quality on equipment/process level
- Responsible for self contain improvement in responsible package line
- Ensure KPIs are met especially on the FAR, Yield (Mech) and DDM
- Establish and prepare briefing format to prevent line personnel from repeating mistake
- Initiate monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes and materials.
- Establish, review and update FMEA, Process Specs, Process Flow, Work Instruction and OJTIs
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Semiconductor Technology)
- More than 3 years working experience (Semiconductor Engineering will be an added advantage
- Trim - Forming and Testing process know-how (experience with Hanmi & Rasco machine will be added advantage)
- Having experience in leading and driving project (Cost saving/Quality)
- Good understanding on Auto-vision system & control
- Familiar with DMAIC (Candidate with 6 sigma belter will be an added advantage)
