• To conduct sample assessment, mechanical test and report the findings for local or global development project.
• To work closely with local sample-build group in making and testing of prototype, sample evaluation.
• To issue and follow up meeting about defects found during sample assessment.
• To be responsible for assessment report & final meeting of sample assessment.
• To support in preparing, fabrication & construction of the jig and fixture for the purpose of assessment activities.
• To track & monitoring of RTC / JIRA tickets and documentation of errors in RTC / JIRA.
• To provide the project status tracking documentation, feedback of the project status with quality assessments.
• To ensure quality of sample, through sample assessment and evaluation.
• To provide technical support to production during development and pilot production as requested.
• To analyze failure encountered during testing and inform senior or superior on any abnormality found in the unit.
• To participate in DFMA & PFMEA workshop.
• To check and confirm the process and product maturity, deviation as per design, process rules and requirements according to Automotive Electronics (AE) and Cross-Domain Computing Solutions (XC) process.
• To prepare DAS and EOL AOI/CON document for the product specific requirement.
• Any other duties assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
• Familiar with Mechanical Product Development and Assembly Process Guidelines
• Has Knowledge in using RTC or JIRA ( issue reporting ticket system)
• Good knowledge in requirement management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a cross functional global team.
