Family Description:

Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process. Works with engineers in conducting experiments.

-Uses judgment to determine most efficient order of activities to achieve established objectives and assigned deadlines.

Specific Task Requirement:

-Daily Efficiency OCAP/Stopline Trend Triggering every 4hrs per day
-Daily ZQ/ZR OCAP Trend Triggering every 4 hrs per shift
-Over Reject & Under Reject Pareto Chart build
-Troubleshoot tool error and maintain AOI software performance
-Shiftly report with impact quantity/defect photo and follow up with related Process Technician.
-Weekly report of Over/Under Reject.
-Assist Engineer with new projects/tasks including data collection, experiment & analysis.
-Tester calibration/GR&R result and report.
-Manage the Silver Cell and AOI samples.

RELATED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

-Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering
-4 years minimum of working experience with Metrology Tools & Tester is preferred
-Related working experience from semiconductor or PV factory is added advantage
-Good working attitude and good disciplined
-Matured, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
-Good verbal and written communication in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English.
-Computer literate
