What do we need from you?
Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher/ Graduate Diploma / or Bachelor\'s degree / Professional Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Interior Design / Architecture, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer / Event / marketing.

Proficiency in spoken Mandarin is an added advantage. Because you will need to communicate with carpenters/contractors in Mandarin
As an Event Executive, you\'ll work within an event, roadshow, or multi-service agency, acting as a link between the agency and its clients. You\'ll be responsible for the coordination of events, roadshow, premium gifts campaigns and therefore communicating clearly to all those involved. You may also be known as an account handler.
It is vital to understand the needs of your clients, which you\'ll learn through liaising closely with them throughout campaigns, often on a daily basis. You\'ll also manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that projects are completed on time and on budget.
Responsibilities
What do we need you to do?
You will be involved in communicating, proposal & transforming creative ideas/client briefs into a visual design for exhibition booths, marketing collaterals, interior architecture, and POP displays.
You will be crucial in coordinating and integrating exhibits, graphics, and media concepts into actual production.
You will be responsible for communicating and checking for all design conceptualization and graphic visual presentation up to FA output.
Established contact with existing & potential clients to close sales contract and always deliver excellent customer service.
To communicate effectively with all internal and external parties for processing and preparation of relevant documentation to ensure smooth operation and collection of payments.
Manage overall pre-show planning, datelines and execution and site inspection of work in progress whenever necessary.
Managing, planning, and executing the roadshow / premium gift marketing campaigns throughout the whole group
Support & assist project team on operation & management.
Develop and implement ideas and creativity.
