Job Summary
The role involves strategizing and planning CSR initiatives for Allianz4Good. This includes creating budgets, tracking and monitoring expenses. The position also entails event planning, coordination, and implementation of programs aligned with CSR pillars. Additionally, monitoring and evaluating projects under these pillars is crucial. Effective communication, record keeping, reporting, and establishing positive relationships internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
a) Project Management
- Plan, coordinate, monitor and manage Allianz4Good projects.
- Conduct pre and post evaluation for Allianz4Good projects.
- Process payment for initiatives
- Well versed with
c) Communications
- Able to churn out quality reports.
- Content writing for newsletters, social media post, press release, annual reporting and other general communications
- Effective public relations and record keeping
- Coordinating events, volunteering activities and trainings
- Minimum 2 years\' experience in CSR department
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good project management skills and team work
