1. Strategy Development:

• Formulate and implement a comprehensive circular economy strategy aligned with the organization\'s goals.
• Conduct research to identify opportunities for circularity in the company\'s operations, supply chain, and product life cycle.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with different departments (such as procurement, production, marketing, and waste management) to integrate circular economy principles into their processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and external partners to enhance circularity across the value chain.

3. Education and Training:

• Develop and deliver training programs to raise awareness and build capabilities related to circular economy concepts among employees and stakeholders.

4. Metrics and Reporting:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of circular economy initiatives.
• Regularly monitor and report on progress, providing insights to stakeholders and leadership.

5. Innovation and Research:

• Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field of circular economy.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance circularity and sustainability within the organization.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

• Stay up-to-date with relevant environmental regulations and ensure the organization\'s adherence to circular economy guidelines and standards.

7. Life Cycle Assessments:

• Conduct life cycle assessments to understand and minimize the environmental impact of products and processes.

8. Circular Product Design:

• Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate circular design principles into new products and services.

9. Waste Reduction and Resource Optimization:

• Develop and implement strategies to minimize waste generation, promote recycling, and optimize resource usage.

10. Communication and Advocacy:

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate the organization\'s commitment to circular economy principles.
• Advocate for circular economy practices within the industry and broader community.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES:

• Perform all tasks in line with the Information Security Quality Manual (ISQM) and the ISMS roles and responsibilities procedure.
• Perform all tasks, Legal compliances in line with the Environmental Quality Act (EQA) 1974, Natural Resources & Env. Ordinance (NREO) 1993 and SE HSEMS responsibilities procedure.
• Perform all tasks in line with the Information Governance Policy Suite and Guidelines.
• The challenges to promote an environmentally conscious culture via changes in work ethics and mindset within the Company without compromising on internal control and procedures.
• Implement and enhance Company\'s branding as good corporate citizen with sound EMS.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in environmental science, sustainability, business, or a related field with at least 8-9 years related working experience.
• Proven experience in sustainability, circular economy, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and circular economy principles.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
