Job Description

Job Brief: To undertake the process of the CIFF Investment Promotion Incentive (including but not limited to rental subsidy, soft-landing zone, employment pass, special project). Review of the incentive application and process the incentive applications. Prepare and present the evaluation report to CIFF Evaluation Committee and obtain approval from the approving authority. Facilitate potential clients\' enquiries on Cyberview\'s promoted clusters and incentive packages. Track and monitor the implementation of the client\'s project/account. To assist in planning, engagement, and implementation of programmes, projects and initiatives for Global Tech Hub\'s technology clusters and technology focus areas. To assist in administration, and coordination to prepare reporting, budget utilisation, and any other reports required from the department for the Company. To assist in coordinating the department\'s planning and execution of new and existing initiatives where required. Undertake any additional assignment as instructed by the Company. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in real estate, property management, tenancy management, facility management or related field Key Roles/Responsibility: Contract management and compliance to terms and conditions of agreement. Strict adherence to discretionary authority limits, policies, and standard operation procedures related to tenancy management. Data analysis and report writing. Account management and great inter-personal communication. Requirements: Possess at least a bachelor\'s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business/Marketing/Technology related. A minimum of 3 years\' experience in IT, business development, sales and marketing industry or other relevant technology industries Knowledge and experience in stakeholder relations, project management, programme and event coordination relating to technology investment and incentive ecosystem would be an added advantage.
