POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To assist in managing and overseeing the e-commerce business, strategize and develop the e-commerce platform and deliver sales via the online platform. Steward the development and execution of all e-commerce channel strategic plans to meet the annual sales plan.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
Oversee e-Commerce web architecture, infrastructure and its development
Monitor and maintain smooth functionality of website including UI / UX
Ensure merchants support / execution on promotion / campaign area aligned with MAHB
Oversee promotional / campaign page / banner are uploaded accordingly within the given time (up-to-date content)
Communicate with Back end on the promotional terms and conditions mechanics to ensure it is configured in the system accordingly including payment options, promotional tab etc
Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders including IT specialist, Data Analytics and Copywriter to ensure the rollout of website changes
Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-commerce activities
Respond to Customers Inquiry
Implement, execute and support assigned marketing activities (events and digital campaign)
Collaborate with airlines / e-Wallets or other marketing promotional partners for campaign / mini program under e-Commerce
Any other new initiative concept deck
Pre-selling to potential merchant
Engage new merchants to be on-board with necessary documentation compliance
Facilitate the evaluation of new merchants for approval
Coordinate merchants onboarding process with cross-functional teams including the contract issuance
Key Challenges
Business Development experience is required in order to establish business models and manage profitability.
Understanding the margins of each product category to enhance revenue potential To drive concessionaires to achieve baseline & royalty
Responsible for client communications, con\xef\xac\x82ict resolution, and compliance on tenant deliverables and revenue in terms of business services only (not to include with operational matters
Must have good knowledge in e-commerce development and management.
Knowledge of digital marketing, Google & Facebook ads, and Data Analytic tools are an added bonus.
