Job Summary
The position is responsible for managing portfolio of \'Action Teams\', CI initiatives and projects and also serve as a central point of contact for support on Continuous Improvement tools used in DKSH on an ongoing basis to help build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement within the Healthcare Business.
The job holder will lead CI events and projects through the complete life cycle ensuring that they deliver expected productivity benefits on time and within budget. The individual will coach others on the value of using CI tools and processes to structure the business work in a way that raise the effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and higher satisfaction for employees, clients, customers and partners.
