Process Expertise & Business Partnership

  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in process improvement and customer satisfaction with required business and / or technical knowledge on business dashboard related to shared service center.
  • Identify reporting requirements throughout the ESC Functional teams and affiliate to establish different type of reporting and the purpose of the reporting.
  • Improve existing and propose and use appropriate measurement, analysis and evaluation methods using variety of outputs (i.e. Power BI) to accurately identify and document process improvements and to provide more insights on our internal team performance and benchmark against industry players within internal guidelines and policies
  • To develops and maintains monthly (future, weekly) internal key performance metrics dashboard for operations team including improve existing and identifying appropriate metrics by function and determining source of data and creating repeatable reporting process with minimal risk and resource and financial requirement.
  • Transform data from a variety of sources into performance and information reporting to develop waste analysis, drive productivity savings and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional team and data teams to create & validate data sources to ensure data quality and confidence in the reporting provided.
  • Able to solve complex problems and prioritise multiple tasks. Proactively resolves problem and data issues across systems to ensure reporting is accurate and timely.
  • Analyze data requirements and convert them into reporting or Microsoft Power BI dashboards and presentations to report in a clear and engaging way to various stakeholders.
  • Build required supporting files and analysis to aid reporting and future comparisons.
  • Works to develop ways to capture data more efficiently over time to ensure sustainable process. Automate & simplify processes for reporting, measuring, and tracking metrics.
  • Ensure reporting outcomes meet agreed business requirements and expectations and are delivered in a timely manner with measurable outputs.
  • Applies learnings from reports / analytics to the operations to foster an environment of continuous improvement and accountability.
  • Develop and responds to customers\xe2\x80\x99 standard and ad-hoc queries based on requirements.
  • Work with multiple cross-functional teams to synthesize findings, develop improvement recommendations and assist with execution of initiatives.
  • Lead CI workshops and foster strong CI culture across ESC.
  • Share and implement best practice initiatives across ESC.
  • Partner with functional team on implementation of process improvement (Six Sigma / Lean)

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic thinking skills including the ability to prioritize.
  • Comfortable taking information from disparate systems to bring data elements together for meaningful insights.
  • Understanding of tools used to extract and analyze data.
  • A self-starter who knows when to seek guidance and collaborate with cross-team members. Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in metrics reporting function, preferably with knowledge of shared services center and experience in identifying and delivering process change.
  • Experience with SAP (include Fiori tiles, Business Warehouse or Business Objects) and ServiceNow
  • Strong in MS Excel, Power BI, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High level of initiative and self-motivation
