Job Responsibilities

Provide support day-to-day production and UAT support for MICOB Host and its associated system mainly IPZ.EBS / VISA / SAN / MyDebit / CRM/ATM /
Provide support end-user support to business user for ATM/CRM, Card Scheme testing and card interface
Work collaboratively within Technology Division and the vendors in the deployment and testing of all new developments, system upgrades, break/fix resolutions, and compliance.
Involved in system enhancement and or project related to Card, ATM & Host Issuing and Acquiring
Attend problem log and service request which related to EBS Module and its associated system
Laise with vendors for all application technical support and troubleshooting
Execute Department relevant tasks and assignments assigned by supervisor
Support project management team/user for any new project UAT, implementation and deployment related with Cards, ATM and Card Scheme compliance.

Job Requirements

Knowledge in Bank IT Systems and environment
Experience 5-7 years in ATM & Card application
Knowledge in ATM & Card application i.e. Paynet, Visa & Mastercard
Excellent technical troubleshooting skills
Knowledge in Acquiring & Issuing Host
System development Life cycle knowledge.
Exposure in Silverlake Integrated Banking System Core Module.
At least 3-5 years working experience in ATM, Card,Card scheme related
At least 3-5 years working experience in AS400 system environment and involved in RPGLE/CLLE programming task. Familiar with ALDON development tools, good working knowledge of AS400 query tools.
Degree/Advance Diploma/Certificate in IT or related computer technical qualifications from recognize polytechnic/university /college.
