Job description: Job Title Senior Executive, Oneworld Alliances & Ops Support Reports To Manager, Oneworld and Project Management Role Purpose Execute and implement work related to oneworld alliance, project management, lounge management, and non-ground handling contracts to ensure full compliance to rules and regulations, corporate governance policies and procedures, Service Level Standards while managing operational cost. Key Accountability Support Senior Manager and Manager, oneworld and Ops Support in engaging the Working Groups and Task Forces to deliver the oneworld Customer Proposition and produce service delivery projects report to oneworld management. Support Project Management framework for Airport Services projects throughout the project life cycle, ensuring all organizational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realized, and to provide administrative support to project teams for effective submission to Project Steering Committee and Working Group. Responsible to maintain a database of all lounges (MAB, 3rd Party and oneworld Lounge) for efficient tracking and adherence to corporate governance. Responsible in preparing weekly/monthly reports required by the Airport Services department incl. Airport Services delay list, passenger and baggage uplift, submission to MAB operations. Monitoring of Airport Services collaterals to ensure adherence to approved process flow and efficient cost management. Qualifications & Working Experience Diploma in Project Management, Organizational Management, Information Technology or other related field from recognized higher institutions with 0-2 years of working experience in aviation, project management, procurement or related areas. Degree in Project Management, Organizational Management, Information Technology or other related field from recognized higher institutions with 0-2 years of working experience and has the ability to prepare management paper, budget and management reporting. Skills & Knowledge Good analytical skills, process thinking and problem solving. Knowledge on process improvement. Entry level to mid level skills with project management/office tools. Strong interpersonal skills. Key Challenges Accuracy and timeliness of data. Maintaining updated dashboard and reports. Dependency on other areas within the Division for data.
