To expand customer base / to increase customer counts. Sell company products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospective customers. Maintains good rapport with customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trend. Work closely with the marketing team to promote products and services. Maintain accurate information of documents such as Purchase Order processing. Responsible for customer inquiries pertaining to quotations, products, samples, registration, shipments, artworks, visitation and payments. Overseecustomer visits, meetings and transportation/hotel arrangements. Assist and participate in trade exhibitions held locally and overseas. Coordinate with relevant departments on new customers and requirements. Assists the Sales Manager in the yearly sales budget planning by providing customer's sales forecast. JOB SPECIFICATION: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business or other related fields. Candidates with export sales / international sales /International Business experiences are encouraged to apply. Proficient in other languages such as Mandarin, French, German, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese or Spanish will be an advantage. A strong command of the English language is required for this position.
