To oversee, maintain and handle day-to day financial and accounting functions included Account Receivable, Account Payable and General Ledger
Prepare full set of accounts and prepare various financial/accounting reports, budgeting, cash flow management for management review
Prepare billings and documentations for management verification and approval
Liaise with operations team, external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other parties to comply with regulatory and statutory requirements
Ensure proper filing of all documents related to the company's financial records
Monitor bank balance, and monthly bank reconciliation, process payments and any banking related matters
Ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of all financial data
Perform any other related duties or assignment as and when required by the management
Assist in preparation of annual budget, budgetary control analysis and financial plans that support organizational strategy
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and establish controls to avoid errors in the process
Ensure operation matters are compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards
Qualifications
At least 5 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting
Possess a Degree/Professional accounting qualification/Diploma with relevant experience
Good command of written and spoken Malay and English
Experience in financial activities sectors will be an added advantage
Strong written and verbal communication skills
