Responsible for managing the human resources functions within the organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Prepare PCs, office cards, and other equipment for staff, including explaining the rules and regulations, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Act as the main point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
Promote a positive work environment and address employee issues in a timely manner.

Work with the MD to develop a performance appraisal system and assist in the implementation.
Provide guidance to managers on performance issues and career development plans.
Working closely with Regional CoE for the global performance management system implementation

Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.
Working closely with HRDF and other Govt agencies as and when required
Working closely with Regional CoE for the collaboration and way forward for the specific

Responsible to maintain and support the company's daily office operations including support of sales team activities.
Responsible for supporting the work of the MD as the person in charge of compliance and internal control.xefxbcx88General Affairsxefxbcx89
Manage office administration, including facilities, procurement, and general office maintenance.
Support office operation and Marketing/sales team activities as back office including business travel arrangement, marketing events and sales quotations.
Communicate with vendors about office administration matter (exception for F&A).
Maintain accurate employee working records/annual leave and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Prepare HR related reports and analyze employee data to inform decision-making.
Organize company internal events such as company gatherings, team-building exercises, and celebrations to foster team spirit.
Support MD and assist projects or initiatives that require coordination across multiple departments.
  • (Compliance and Governance)
Ensure compliance with each law and company policies.
Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that comply with legal standards.
As a compliance officer, work with the MCG and MTPC to provide training and create an environment that promotes compliance with the compliance requirements.
Appropriately understand the PhAMA promotion code and the situation of pharmaceutical industry. And revise, educate, and implement internal promotion code rules and regulations and when required.(Internal control)
Develop internal regulations and SOPs for business operations in cooperation with the MD and establish internal controls system.
Enforce company policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and align with business.

Develop and implement employee welfare programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and well-beingStay informed about important news related to the pharmaceutical industry and labor for the relevant departments.
Maintain good relationships with government officials (e.g., police, local government, labor institutions), educational institutions, other companies, and community members.

Support the development and implementation of CSR initiatives that align with the company's values and goals.
Encourage employee participation in CSR activities and promote a culture of social responsibility within the organization.

Requirements xe2x9cx93Bachelor degree (HR, Business Management)
xe2x9cx93At least 2-5 years HR experience, added advantage for Admin experience
