KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
\xe2\x96\xaa Responsible for preparation and monitoring of SEB Group monthly cash flow as well as financing and trade facilities limit and identifying funding requirements.
\xe2\x96\xaa Diversify and optimise placement of deposits to maximise the returns on investment of SEB Group funds.
\xe2\x96\xaa Administration and management of Sukuk, local and international financing facilities and ensure compliances to requirements and covenants.
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage other corporate finance functions such as intercompany loan, equity injection, financing request, dividend distribution, division risk assessment and project advisory on interest during construction on project financial feasibility decision-making.
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage SEB Group monthly closing of financial records to ensure timely and accurate accounting reports/information. Ensure timely updating/recording of loans & borrowings (including intercompany loan) transactions in order to reflect updated schedule for completeness and accuracy of records.
\xe2\x96\xaa Manage local and international credit rating review and liaise with rating agencies to ensure credit ratings are maintained.
\xe2\x96\xaa Gather, compile and analyse financial and non-financial data, and prepare data disclosures to facilitate due diligence exercises, credit rating maintenances, etc.
\xe2\x96\xaa Building and maintaining strong relationships with relevant external parties including bankers, investors, solicitors, rating agencies, trustees, etc.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
\xe2\x96\xaa Bachelor\' Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Banking/ Commerce or equivalent.
\xe2\x96\xaa Relevant certifications, if any, in MICPA/ ACCA/ MIA/ CIMA/ CPA or equivalent may also be beneficial.
\xe2\x96\xaa Relevant experience in Finance, in particular Corporate Finance & Treasury matters with minimum eight (8) years job experience. Experience in capital market funding exercise/ corporate advisory work would be an advantage.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
\xe2\x96\xaa Sound understanding and knowledge of power utility business, business planning and strategy development and commercial awareness.
\xe2\x96\xaa In-depth professional knowledge in finance and cash flow forecasting.
\xe2\x96\xaa Experience in a financial analysis role, debt capital market and fundraising exercises.
\xe2\x96\xaa Well verse of the Malaysian FRS and knowledge of Malaysia Income Tax Act.
\xe2\x96\xaa Sound business and financial judgment combined with problem-solving abilities.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good understanding of processes, internal controls and relevant regulations Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with the ability to apply those skills across a variety of business process.
\xe2\x96\xaa Good project planning, organisational and management skills.
\xe2\x96\xaa Strong communication, report writing and presentation skills and strong command of English, both written and verbal.
\xe2\x96\xaa IT Savy - Proficient in at least Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, Powerpoint), Visio, Outlook, SAP, and able to learn new applications quickly.
