Job Description

General Duties Inculcate the integrity culture and practice in the organisation through the implementation of integrity and governance functions and other roles. Perform and support activities to contribute to developing, implementing and promoting anti-bribery and anti-corruption strategies and education initiatives and associated programs. Understand all external regulatory requirements, policies and statutes and PMB Group procedures and policies (SOPP) to assist the Organisation to maintain ethical, efficient and effective standards. This includes the Anti-bribery Management System (ABMS), Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (Act 694); Companies Act 2016 (Act 777) and other related laws, which are established to avoid an actual or perceived conflict of interest in any ongoing or potential business dealings and decision-making. Responsibilities 1. Create awareness and instil integrity culture in the Organisation. 2. Coordinate and execute integrity programs that would ensure compliance with the relevant laws, regulations and policies. 3. Establish relationships with relevant authorities and act as the liaison officer to facilitate the smooth execution of integrity and governance programs or activities. 4. Plan and manage training and communication programs in line with the ABMS\xe2\x80\x99s objectives. 5. Act as a coordinator on all matters related to integrity and governance to protect the organisation\xe2\x80\x99s interest. 6. Ensure the best governance is implemented and compliance with the directives and regulations of the organisation. 7. Prepare related reports as necessary or requested. 8. Responsible to update any systems (including SOPPs, policies or manuals) related to the unit. 9. Support the corruption prevention initiatives promoted within the Organisation and shareholders. 10. Effectively assist in preparing the annual Business Plan for the Unit and monitor the spending of the budget. 11. Timely update of the Unit\xe2\x80\x99s documentation and records and ensure that all relevant materials are kept confidential. 12. Assume other responsibilities assigned by the Superior and/or the Management from time to time.
