Assist in implementing learning organization initiatives and programs cascaded from Group Learning & Development.
Develop a good understanding and knowledge on Glove Manufacturing process and production related work process.
Work closely with site Management to identify employees training need, localizing learning materials, deliver training to close the gap, and assess training effectiveness.
Ensure all Assessment and Evaluation being carried out accordingly.
Ensure all Training Record, Evaluation and Assessment document are well maintained.
Work closely with Head of Department to plan and execute On-Job-Training (OJT) within department.
Implement basic functional training program and assessment during onboarding process. Subsequently implement intermediate functional training program and ensure relevant On the Job Training (OJT) trainings before confirmation of employment.
Plan, organize, and execute training according to Annual Training Plan (ATP), Subject Matters Expert, and GL&D.
Work closely with HODs to create content for OJT (slides, template, process flow, SOP, form, report, etc).
Maximize the Human Resource Development Fund utilization and able to justify on training effectiveness.
Other assigned duties as required.
