Job description: To liase with jabatan insolvency Malaysia and CTOS such as dividen paid by JIM, send discharge letter to CTOS and conduct CTOS search. To proceed with execution proceeding for bad debt account. To issue lod and summon for disposal or loss of sales account. To handle and monitor the bad debt account such as extraction the accounts. To assign to debt collection agency and assesment the repayment proposal sent by hirer. To issue the 4th schedule and NITTP for written off account - non repossession units. Prepare 5th schedule for active and termination account with judgement obtained. Good analytical skills, alert, responsible, proactive person with initiative. Computer literate especially in microsoft office To blacklisted guarantor in CTOS. Preparation of the memo for los of sale account. Give instruction to it to extract bad debt payment official receipt. To proceed with refund for excess payment from bad debt account. Job requirement: bachelor degree banking and finance Minimum3-5 years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Powerpoint Good presentation & communication skills Able to multi-task, with good time management skills
