• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as this role may require candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients.

Tanggungjawab

To be successful in this role, you will need to have these criteria(s):

• Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Liaise with relevant agencies and carry out Advertising and Promotional (A&P) activities.
• Create and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for respective project developments.
• Liaise with creative agency for marketing collaterals.
• Organize oversee advertising / communication campaigns, exhibitions / promotional events.
• Collaborate with superior in preparing budgets / plan and monitoring expenses for events / property launches.
• Liaising with media, printers and publishers are required and managing the production of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters and billboards.
• Success in the yearly business & sales plan target for respective projects.
• Liaise with Ministry of Housing (MOH) on obtaining necessary approval.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.
