Source, order and monitor the stock of marketing materials, merchandise items, gift, and complimentary products.

Create, manage, monitor, innovate, enhance, and ensure that the Company\'s website, all social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) are up to date, accurate and relevant; to create brand awareness and publicity.
Assist the Manager to roll out new campaign/partnership projects over multiple channels such as onsite, newsletter, social media, paid media and mobile.
Assist in drafting and ensure that the copy, write-up, and copywriting for collaterals like social media, website, press kits, press release brand, product, etc. are aligned to the brand\'s corporate identity.
Manage the production of marketing materials, posters, flyers, bunting etc.
Day to day management on all Mall\'s communications to the customers and stakeholders.
To manage and ensure information between mall with media and public is timely, accurate and reinforces the mall\'s brand identity and positioning.
Job Responsibilities (Con\'t)Casual Mall Leasing
To assist the manager in ensuring that the casual mall leasing\'s revenue target is achieved through strategic lease of promotion spaces, pushcarts, advertising spaces and any other potential avenue.
Maintain & compile data on all marketing activities and monitor progress of sales at the end of promotional period.
Ensure all dues rentals are collected in time to avoid any arrears.
