Job Description


The role focuses on local marketing and sales responsibilities, aligning with global strategies, establishing partnerships, implementing training programs, collaborating with the global team, supporting sales activities, understanding market demands, and organising local events.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive local marketing strategy and new product launch strategy aligned with the global direction to drive local market trends.
  • Build and foster partnerships with local and regional medical societies, brand ambassadors, health-care professionals, and vendors to enhance the standard of local health-care services.
  • Create and manage a continuous local training program in collaboration with societies, hospitals, and health-care professionals, offering opportunities for basic to advanced training and increasing brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the global team to provide updates on local sales results, communicate product-related information and escalations (including new product details, competitor updates, local product issues, and challenges), manage sales forecasts, and propose local training plans utilising foreign health-care professionals.
  • Establish a market visualisation scheme to assess company\'s market share and facilitate efficient targeting of customers.
  • Provide sales support by coordinating product demonstrations, managing demo assets, assisting with customer presentations, creating sales guides, and conducting product training, primarily focused on new products.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand market demands, gather customer feedback, and identify the values and benefits sought in our product/service offerings.
  • Collaborate with regulatory affairs, compliance, business support, and other back-office teams to overcome obstacles related to new product introductions, order fulfilment, and sales operations.
  • Organise local events, including conferences and hands-on workshops, for key hospitals and marketing initiatives.

  • Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Certification in marketing, life sciences, pharmacy or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a marketing or related field, demonstrating your expertise in marketing, communication, presentation, forward thinking, and analytic skills.
  • Candidates with experience in gastroenterology products will be highly desirable.
  • Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
