Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:Executes and optimizes seasonal fleet route network, ensuring synergy and interdependency with AirAsia\xe2\x80\x99s belly cargo network while maximizing aircraft and fleet utilization \xe2\x80\x8bMonitors freighter fleet\xe2\x80\x99s service level and dispatch reliability as operated by the Airline Group and identifies and provides recommendations to improve SLA shortcomings, if anyCoordinate with Group and Airline Engineering on identifying potential aircraft maintenance-related disruptions and develop preemptive solutions to ensure highest level of business continuityCoordinate with AirAsia Group Scheduling and Group Regulatory in ensuring the application and procurement of all necessary slots and permits in a timely manner for smooth freighter operationsReviews and executes both scheduled and adhoc freighter network-related changes in response to operational variances ie.
