Support the business unit departmental day-to-day HR operations and all operating targets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
Support deployment of HR services delivery, systems and work tools utilization to streamline work processes across functions in efficient and scalable manner
Prepare periodical reports to provide validated HR metrics and benchmarks to support business decisions
Drive, together with line manager, employee engagement initiatives to increase employee engagement, performance, retention and training environments
Execute change management initiatives across the organization
Ensure HR policies and procedure are consistently administered and aligned
Support employee life cycle, other projects
Job requirements:
Candidate must possess at least minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resource Management or in any related field, with at least minimum 2 years of working experience in HR Generalist
Candidate needs to be comfortable with handling administrative/operational HR duties \xe2\x80\x93 preparation of letters, filing documents, conducting exit interviews, updating SAP system and more
Able to demonstrate full depth understanding of the business, its levers for growth, its change dynamics and critical success factors
Exposure in managing governance, risk and compliance and project management will be an added advantage
Proficient in SAP and SAP SuccessFactors is an added advantage.
Must be a self-driven and self-motivated person, resourceful, fast learner, pro-active, committed, adaptable, team player and strong attention to details
Willing to work under Shared Services environment
Willing to be based at the Ascent Paradigm, Petaling Jaya
