Kelayakan

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree (marketing or other fields).
• 3-4 years of digital performance marketing experience in various search engine and social media platforms - SEM, Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Experience working with Google analytics, Facebook analytics and other relevant tools.
• Experience in planning, budgeting, and executing marketing campaigns.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation/organic search functions is a plus.
• Experience in leading teams is a plus.

Tanggungjawab

• Formulate plans and budgets for performance marketing.
• Plan, setup and optimize digital advertising channels for various initiatives.
• Own all performance targets and budgets based on objectives set.
• Explore dynamic and innovative marketing ideas and test the boundaries of new and novel approaches.
• Monitor and optimize channels and campaigns to achieve business objectives around quality and scale.
• Evaluate and manage relevant external parties not limited to agencies, consultants, key-opinion-leaders, and social media influencers.
• Analyse data to find key insights for improvement and report on key metrics, learnings and marketing campaigns.
• Guide, nurture and groom your team members (if any) to optimise their performances
• Work effectively with other departments where necessary to produce the best outcomes including in-house creative and designers.
• Other relevant activities required by management.

Manfaat

• Salary: RM4,000 - RM6,000 per month
• Traveling allowance: RM100 (claimable)
• Annual Leave 15 days
