• To ensure all infrastructure drawing submitted by consultant for submission purpose, ready within time and comply to Authority/ies requirement.
• To ensure all infrastructure pre-tender drawing by consultant submitted to Contract Department within targeted timeline and thoroughly checked.
• To get quotation and prepare Management Paper for appointing Land Surveyor/ Consultants for special infrastructure project.
• To ensure awarded contractor carry out works accordance to approved drawing and specification stipulated in contract.
• To follow up all submission plan approval and attend all inspection with Authorities/ Service Provider.
• To highlight to Superior/ Management any issued encounter at site during construction.
• Any other duties that may be given by Superior/ Management from time to time.
