Job Responsibility Develop and maintain a comprehensive revenue assurance framework that encompasses all aspects of revenue generation, including billing, invoicing, collections, and settlements Oversee revenue assurance activities to ensure that the company is accurately capturing all revenue and that there are no revenue leaks Conduct internal audits to assess the documentation of controls and procedures, as well as how competently employees perform the control activities for which they are responsible Assess the company\'s performance on capabilities, measure how well the company delivers on these capabilities, and lead to an action plan for improvement4 Act as an impartial conduit between business and the board to ensure the organization appropriately deals with the risks IT faces Clearly define who is responsible for which business processes, which is a key element of an internal-control program and facilitates training, oversight, and performance evaluation Implement measures and controls to prevent revenue leakage and identify potential revenue risks Continuously evaluate revenue assurance processes, controls, and systems to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements to mitigate risks Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including the board, IT, finance, and accounting Job Requirements REQUIREMENT:- Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field At least 2-5 years of experience in internal audit, revenue assurance, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
