Job Description


Responsibilities

  • To participate and provide input during product development and price setting stage to assist in developing marketable products.
  • To actively provide product feedback through various channels for betterment of the products.
  • Build rapport and establish strong relationships with agent/ team leaders.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on company products and services via in person and zoom briefing.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the sales methods, drive the most cost effective and efficient sales methods in attaining the sales targets.
  • To conduct competitors\xe2\x80\x99 analysis and benchmarking
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma educational qualification.
  • Candidates specializing in property / real estate sales experiences with proven record.
  • Possess at least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in property sales & marketing.
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess strong influence and negotiation skills.
  • Positive working attitude and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • General knowledge and understanding on regulations and guidelines relating to property industry.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays when necessary. (5 days per week)
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and writing.
  • Self-motivated and creative.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month Benefits:
