Here, you will formulate creative solutions for our customers, juggle numerous items in making them simple, own and drive initiatives, and collaborate with super fun and hard-working group of people who are utterly passionate about their mission.

• Work with the Group strategy team to develop and track TPM strategy across various projects and business lines.
• Support strategic planning process, execution, and monitoring of TPM performance.
• Work closely with TPM CEO to coordinate updates on company scorecards, CEO updates for Board meetings, leadership meetings, and internal and external stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 meetings.
• Perform industry/market research, financial analysis, benchmarking for the industry, and competitor analysis to inform overall company strategy which will address competition, changes in customer preference, and improvements in technology and marketing tools, alongside observations in trends and actionable data-driven insights, and support to provide insights communication (posters/infographics) to the company through Workplace.
• Assist implementation, tracking, and reporting of progress for assigned initiatives and key strategic projects within TPM and effective delivery of team\xe2\x80\x99s outputs to agreed deliverables and milestones. Translate data outputs into strategic insights and communicate the results with the stakeholders that will help decision-making.
• Work with the strategy team to review and analyze a business case and benefits management, and monitor and report TPM key transformation projects.
• Assist strategy team in innovation council meeting management.
• Combine business, design, and creative thinking to produce quality and attractive pitch decks, in managing the strategic business reviews and key management presentations.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

Education/ Experience

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, preferably majoring in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial Science, or any equivalent field.
• At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience. Working experience in business strategy, finance, consulting, corporate planning, projects, management, and research is an added advantage.

Extra Bonus Points:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) and Canva. Proficiency in Power BI is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, critical and creative thinking: the ability to draw insights from data, research, and design practical and scalable solutions.
• Ability to quickly transition from pragmatic operational daily decisions to high-level strategic analysis.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, resilient, agile, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment with a customer-focused attitude.
• Self-motivation with a strong affinity for strategic problem solving, driving action, and strong project ownership.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
