Working knowledge of Talent & Development Management framework, policies & processes. Working knowledge of Job Evaluation methodology & Coaching principles. Strong analytical thinking with good communication skills. Technically-sound in information systems. Job Responsibilities Talent Management Conduct talent identification process with the business in categorizing and identifying high-potential employees. Prepares complete talent profile for all identified high potential talent and for any business required talent profile. Assists in ensuring and monitoring completion of individual development plans. Plans, arranges & monitors the execution of the Talent Assessments. Develop and implement relevant career pathway for high potential talent to support efforts around talent management. Assist in identifying and developing plans for talent needing job rotation and are of high retention risk to improve their readiness in assuming higher level/ leadership positions in the organization. Assists with any relevant action plans resulting from Talent Council meetings. Assist in providing talent management input into ensuring promotion eligibility fulfillment and documentation. Learning & Development Conduct Training Needs Analysis to close employee/ talent current competency gaps and manage future development needs effectively Assist to develop Annual Learning & Development plan and budget for management approval. Responsible for the delivery of end-to-end Learning & Development (L&D) programs including sourcing of training providers, preparing proposals and agreements for training provider of choice, training coordination with relevant parties, evaluation and analysis of training effectiveness and employee improvement. Monitor to ensure timely submissions and approvals of training grant and claim. Ensure all invoices and payments due are settled in a timely manner to the vendor. Ensure the accuracy of training information in internal HR systems (Workday & HR Asia Portal), generate and prepare reports for analysis purpose. HR Operations Provide support to employees and responds to all types of queries relating to training and development.
