Responsible for the month end closing and ensure all the postings are performed accurately and in a timely manner
Take charge of the journals processing and ensure all journals are supported with proper documentation and approvals
Ensure the monthly reporting deliverables are accurately prepared and analyzed
Ensure the financial affairs are conducted in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Responsible for year-end statutory audit & tax filings and ensure timely submission and in compliance with regulatory requirements
Liaise with AP and AR functions on the month end close activity, in order to obtain information in respect of appropriate adjustments.
Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries
Responsible for group's request on monthly management and quarterly reporting
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Accounting or partial professional qualification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent
Minimum 1/4 years' working experience preferably in Property Development industry
Well versed in Microsoft Office and preferably with knowledge in using IFCA system
A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Committed with strong sense of responsibility and able to work within deadline
