Job Description




Our client is global direct selling company that aims to improve quality of life. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Senior Field Engagement Manager. As the Senior Field Engagement Manager, you will be required to implement, drive and develop the business in Asia along with selling, recruiting, training and motivating a self-employed sales force towards the successful achievement of company\'s targets.

Job Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Devise and implement strategies for increasing consultant numbers and sales.
  • Prospect and establish new business connections.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants and customers.
  • Provide necessary support to key leaders (goal setting, attending/holding meetings, delivering training sessions and providing one-on-one coaching on building and development).
  • Provide detailed analysis of sales performance of key leaders.
  • Devise and implement sales strategies.
  • Business partner with leaders and ensure feedback is represented; exchanging inputs and plans to help leaders\' growth and expand their business.
Training & Support:
  • Deliver support and training for consultants.
  • Active participation in the set-up of regional events such as Conference and on-going field activities, roadshow and etc
Sales Programs & Incentives:
  • Plan sales programs and incentives; and executing it.
  • Maintain and uphold programs available for consultants.
  • Drive and support initiatives in market to achieve business goals.
Others:
  • Guide and lead the team on effectiveness on business needs and provide structured performance updates.
  • Communicate areas of opportunity and concern within the field and business together with appropriate recommendations where necessary.
  • Monitor daily production record.
  • Arrangement of production & manpower.
  • Supporting new product development and prepare New Product Release.
  • Preparation of sample set.
  • Preparation of Parts list or BOM.
  • Ensure adequate follow-ups on machine maintenance.
  • Checking of torque control of air screwdriver.
  • Responsible for updating the company\'s Health & Safety requirements to the Department of Occupational Health & Safety on a quarterly basis.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management emphasizing on increasing customer base, and coaching.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with good presentation and training skills. Able to comfortably train and engage with a small or large audience in any setting or event.
  • Must have the ability to get along and build good relationships with people from all walks of life.
  • Mental agility: strategic and flexible thinker able to translate ideas and concepts into action and tangible results.
  • Have good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage objectives or challenges utilizing a \'win-win\' approach.
  • Instils professionalism, confidence, maturity, and credibility given experience and stature.
  • Goal-oriented, competitive, diligent, and committed to excellence. Able to work with minimal supervision and focus on the task assigned.
  • Willing to travel extensively.
  • Proficient in the use of MS PowerPoint.
