Senior Finance Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities: Responsible for month end closing, and ensuring that closing is completed within the stipulated deadline Ensure timely processing of accounting transactions with high accuracy Ensure accounting standards, tax requirements, company policies and procedures are being adhered to at all times Improve existing processes where possible to drive efficiency in the reconciliation and reporting processes with technology solutions (e.g. automation) Lead the discussion with Commercial and Finance Operations team in setting up process flows, financial information and reports Perform other ad hoc assignments (i.e. external audit) and tasks as and when requested by management. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Professional qualification in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent Minimum 4-5 years of working experience, prior experience in Big 4 audit firms is an advantage Experience in handling full set of accounts AP , AR, GL Strong interpersonal skills and good command of English (verbal & written) Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Positive attitude, highly adaptable, able to interact at all levels and work independently in a fast-paced and high volume environment
