-Daily verification on vessel expenditure & monitor vessel account float

-Ensure timely billing and collections.
-Perform month end closing and accrual.
-Monitor and reconcile bank account float
-Prepare Inter-Company Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliation
-Prepare monthly balance Sheet Analysis.
-Prepare management performance report
-Assist AM and Finance Manager to prepare ad hoc analysis report

-Quarterly, Yearly

-Prepare Related Party Transaction Report

-Prepare Financial Statement
-Prepare Tax Computation and Tax filing
-Budgeting

Requirements:

-Possess an Accounting Degree / Accounting Professional (ACCA / CIMA / MICPA) qualification
-At least 2 years' experience as Finance/ Accounts Executive
-Experience in Cruise/Yacht Industry will be an advantage
-Good interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
-Good in written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Meticulous, highly organized and strong leadership qualities
