To learn more, visit Lumileds.comPosition Summary: This rolemanages and leads the Financial Planning & Analysis and Costing and associated fiduciary responsibilities. Responsibilities include forecasting and analysis of P&L, inventory valuation cost roll, cost accounting in the PG manufacturing business. Other portfolio includes business unit budgeting, execution & monitoring, supporting various aspects of the financials and is always expected to establish a comprehensive understanding of the factory's financial position. Exercise close communication with Operation and Management team to assure mutual awareness of important financial conditions for PG manufacturing organization. What You Will Do: Oversees the preparation of annual budgets. Drive the annual, quarterly and monthly forecasting processes to ensure integrity of information and performance measurements that are consistent and meaningful to the management. Provide inputs in projects and cost reduction initiatives, etc. as the subject matter expert for cost accounting Collaborate cross functionally on projects that impact cost and related areas pertaining to the role Provide key headlines to management team on monthly/quarterly financial movements. Provide active support to ensure major decisions are made with accurate financial information in a timely manner. Prepare financial analysis on scenario planning, financial modeling for future business projection, as required. Active business partnering with all internal key stakeholders. Closely engage with WW Costing, and Group Finance function team to understand business, manufacturing activities with financial impact & costing concerns. Continuously seek improvement and simplification in current work done. Actively share ideas and inputs to enhance current system, report and model. Any other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor/Management team Education (Minimum Level) . Bachelor's Field of Study Accountancy or possess a professional qualification in Finance related field. Years of Experience (Minimum) . 10 years+ Lumileds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
