Why we need you

We are successfully expanding our business operations and are looking to hire an experienced Senior Finance Manager to manage all accounting activities and financial reporting. You will be a part of our global finance team and tasked with the role of improving process and operational efficiencies.

Main responsibilities

Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Audit

  • Prepare profit and loss statements and other financial reports
  • Analyze trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expense
  • Reports entity finances to management and offers suggestions about resource utilization, tax strategies and assumptions underlying budget forecasts
  • Statistic survey
  • Liaise with various stakeholder queries in regards accounting, finance, taxation and audit queries
  • Responsible for supplier and customer invoicing; and contract management
Payroll support
  • Prepare and responsible for payroll tasks and team member payroll queries
Local Requirements, Process and General
  • Work closely with shared service centre based in Europe
  • Month end closing process and daily transactions
  • Ensuring local legal filings are completed on time and compliance with documentation and reporting requirements
  • Ad hoc projects to improve efficiency processes and financial systems and administration
  • Acts as company signatory
  • Interact with a wide variety of customers and stakeholders at all levels of the business, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Ongoing commitment to continuous professional development; completing relevant development activities in a timely manner when necessary
  • Represent the business professionally and positively at all times
  • Motivate and engage your team by giving them clear and up to date goals (both role specific and developmental) which are regularly reviewed in collaboration and discussion with them and documented in the performance management system

Skills and experience
  • Qualified Financial Accountant status
  • Hands on with using an integrated ERP system and associated consolidated reporting. Knowledge of D365 or AX is a bonus
  • Good technical knowledge of reporting standards
  • A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
  • Ability to stick to time constraints
  • Audit experience
  • Experience working for a medium sized customer-focused consulting company
  • Able to work without daily supervision and bring proactive solutions to problems
  • Able to prioritise and manage workload
  • Process minded and extremely organised
  • Engaging and approachable demeanour, with excellent people skills
  • Comfortable working within a virtual finance team as transactional processing is off shored
  • Able to thrive with change and work under pressure
  • Dependable; will be needed to be working during month end close and for year-end audits
  • Able to communicate well with all stakeholders at all levels within the business
