Job Purpose Oversee daily operational functions of the Finance Division (Finance and Logistics & Warehousing Department) by implementing & and monitoring the control and procedures, reporting financial results, enhancing the work process of the division as well and ensuring a proper & and optimal storage of the medical consumables in the Store. Provide support to the organization by: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results. Ensure efficiency in cash flow monitoring, cashiering control, credit card statement, and bank statement reconciliation. Adhere and implement sound internal controls. No major weakness was highlighted by internal audit findings. Ensure all payments are orderly and timely. Adherence to statutory requirements, including but not limited to external audit and tax compliance. Assist in annual Budget planning, control, and analysis to achieve desired results. Creating, reviewing, and reporting operations performance, performing data analysis to support the CEO on effective strategies to improve revenue. Integrate management reports and financial reports, prepare board papers and executive summary reports. Improve effectiveness and efficient storage operations. Ensure policies and procedures that govern medical consumables / non-pharmaceutical items storage facility and services in accordance with law, company-prescribed guidelines, and accreditation standards. Job Requirements Possess a minimum of 8 years of working experience in a managerial role. Prefer candidate with prior working experience in a Hospital/Medical Centre setting. Prior experience in leading a team will be an added advantage. Possesses strong leadership skills, and meticulous and analytical skills. Able to work independently, performance-driven, and a good team player. Good command of English (both written and verbal).
